Payment Options
In an effort to offer multiple payment options to our citizens and utility customers, the Village of Maryville is happy to announce the following payment options:
- Auto-Pay (PDF)
- Sign up using Village of Maryville Customer Portal for automatic payment options. You will need your account number and CID# which can be found on your bill.
- Credit/Debit Card Payment Services
- The Village of Maryville has contracted with Paystar to accept online Debit/Credit payment. Payment can be made 1x or set up as recurring. You will need to access the customer portal at: https://MaryvilleIL.authoritypay.com.
- Pay by phone
- Automated pay by phone at (618) 348-3322
- Pay in Person
- Payments are accepted in person from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday at:
- Village Hall

Maryville, IL 62062
- Online Bill Pay
- You may use your personal/home banking website for online bill payment. You will need to contact your bank for instructions.
- First Collinsville Bank
- Utility payments are also accepted at First Collinsville Bank. Please note that you must have your utility bill present to make a payment. This option will be discontinued as of January 1, 2026.
- Drop-box
- A drop-box is located beside Village Hall for after-hours and weekend drop-offs.
