After Hours Emergencies
For all emergencies after the close of business, please call the Maryville Police Departments direct number at 618-344-8899. They will be able to help you in getting emergency service from the Public Works Department. Hydrant Flushing - Spring 2026

CodeRED Notifications
CodeRED is an ultra-high-speed telephone communication service for emergency notifications through the Madison County EMA office. The Village of Maryville Water Department is currently using this service to alert residents when a Boil Order has been issued and also when the Boil Order has been lifted. This service also allows consumers to opt-in for weather warnings. You can sign up to receive a notification by a phone call, text message, and also an e-mail.
