  • Drost Park can be accessed on the west side via Rt. 159, then east on Vadalabene Drive, and then south on Schiber Court until you see Myron Provence Parkway. Fireman’s Park is in the center of town off Rt. 159. Fred Winter’s Park is located off of West Main. Take Gary Avenue to Duke Drive. Parking is available only on the street. Please do not to block driveways. Mike Noga Memorial Park is located between Vadalabene Drive and Rt. 162…both are east of Rt. 159. As of yet, there is no parking.

  • Yes, the park is not restricted to only Maryville Residence. But we do ask that you respect the park and adhere to all the rules. You must have a license if you 16 years of age or older.

  • Yes, at the Maryville Library, you are able to rent a pole with a valid Lewis and Clark Area library card. A small bag is provided with your pole by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. It includes a “Beginner’s Fishing Guide” booklet, “Knot Guide” booklet, hooks, bobber, lures, and hook remover.

  • There is a map of the trails with the total feet of each section as well as each loop. Look under Maps, then click on the Drost Park Map. You can even print the map if you wish, but the document is very large.

  • On this web site, drop down under Departments, then Park & Rec to Pavilions. Each pavilion has a schedule of reservations listed as well as a link to the Rental Application that lists the fees. A pavilion is not secured until the application and fee have been received by the Village.

  • Alcohol is not allowed in the park unless you have rented a pavilion and acquired the necessary insurance and have provided a copy of said insurance to Village Hall.

  • We ask that you clean up your area so that it is usable by others after you leave. Please make sure all of your trash has been placed in the trash cans that are provided.
