With the onset of COVID-19 in March 2020, it became readily-apparent how reliant our community is upon each other – both businesses and residents. Our community came together to support one another. This type of support has been in the Village of Maryville since its founding in 1902.
For that reason, the Maryville Community Improvement Board has created the Good Neighbor Award. This award recognizes residents who selflessly act for the betterment of their neighbors and community through acts of kindness. As nominations are received, residents will be recognized at a Maryville Village Board Meeting and presented a Certificate of Appreciation.
We are asking for your help to make this program a success. Following is a link to a Good Neighbor nomination form: Good Neighbor Nomination Form
Complete the nomination form when you see or experience an act of kindness by someone and submit it to the Community Improvement Board (instructions are on the form) for consideration.
