Street and Alley Superintendent
The Village of Maryville is currently accepting resumes for the position of Street and Alley Superintendent. This position reports to the Village President and supervises all Street Department personnel. This position oversees all phases of operations for the department, including construction, maintenance and repair of streets, alleys and drainage areas by developing plans, administering the budget, monitoring expenditures and managing and training personnel. Qualified applicants must be skilled in solid communication, leadership, team building, decision making, and long-range planning. The right candidate will be well organized, self-motivated, able to meet regular deadlines, able to complete projects without direct supervision and work with interruptions. This position requires a valid Class B CDL with Air Brake Endorsement within six months of hire. The position is full-time and includes health, vision, dental and life insurances, IMRF retirement plan, vacation and sick leave. Annual salary is $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 based on experience.
