Description special caucus meeting
Date4/21/2004 Location Council Chamber
Time Speaker Note
9:17:28 PM Gulledge Called the Special Caucus meeting for Wednesday, April 21, 2004 to order, and asked for a roll call of those officers present. Answering the roll were Trustees Limberg, Schmidt, Bell, Callahan, Kostyshock, and Garcia. Also present were Clerk Long and two reporters.
9:18:01 PM Gulledge Apologized to the members of the press who stayed until after the Closed Session. He explained to them that the Closed Session went much longer than anticipated. However, much was accomplished in the session. He said all things considered, it looks like on May 5, they will bring before the Board for approval, a salary proposal for the fiscal year 2004-2005 for the employees. He said Trustee Callahan, Finance Chairman, Trustee Bell, himself, Clerk Long, and Comptroller Brussatti will be plugging in all the numbers for the budget that have been provided by the Department Heads, as well as the salary information. He said hopefully within the next two weeks they will have a budget that everyone can live with. With this being said, he called for a motion to adjourn. Kostyshock made the motion to adjourn, and Schmidt made the second. Voting on the motion: Limberg - yes; Schmidt - yes; Bell - yes; Callahan - yes; Kostyshock - yes; Garcia - yes. Motion carried.
9:19:34 PM   The meeting adjourned.

Respectfully submitted,

Thelma Long, Village Clerk
