He then asked for a roll call of those officers present. Answering the roll call were Trustees Schmidt, Bell, Callahan, and Kostyshock. Trustee Limberg was absent. Trustee Garcia arrived later. Also in attendance were Clerk Long, Attorney Wigginton, Comptroller Brussatti, and one reporter.
6:31:33 PM Gulledge Explained the purpose of this special meeting is because at the last Board meeting Resolution 2004-14 was taken off the agenda. There were a couple of questions that needed answering. Because of the short window for the planting season, he and Attorney Wigginton talked to the State, and Jennifer Hunt has sent an explanation to the questions. He asked Attorney Wigginton to discuss the Resolution and Agreement further.
6:32:40 PM Wigginton Commented that he and Mayor Gulledge participated in a telephone conservation with IDOT. They wanted confirmation as to some time frame of when they were going to plant the trees, and also what type of warranty the Village would get on the planting. He said he asked that they put this in writing, which they did. The trustees were given a copy of the letter. He said it is his recommendation that the Board move forward with the resolution.
6:34:02 PM Garcia Arrived and was seated.
6:34:13 PM Wigginton Continued by reading Resolution 2004-14, A Resolution Approving Plans And Specifications For The Mitigation Of Trees Associated With The Improvements To Federal Aid Primary (FAP) Route 310, Section 60-15-1 In The Village of Maryville Madison County, Illinois, in its entirety.
