CHIPPING PROGRAM

THE VILLAGE OF MARYVILLE
HAS DEVELOPED A NEW CHIPPING AND LIMB REMOVAL PROGRAM FOR MARYVILLE RESIDENTS. BELOW ARE THE
GUIDELINES ESTABLISHED FOR ASSISTING RESIDENTS WITH BRUSH AND LIMB CLEANUP:

|
* Brush and limb collections will be the first Monday and Tuesday of each
month.
|
|
* Residents will need to place all brush and limbs
within 10’ of the street curbing
(Debris is
prohibited from being placed on sidewalks or streets).
|
|
* Brush and limbs are limited to pieces no larger than
10” in diameter and to be
manageable by
one man.
|
|
* Residents must call ahead and make an appointment for
pickup prior to the
the collection
days with the address needing to be picked up.
|
|
* Residents may no longer drop limbs or brush at the
tower. The Village only offers
pickup service.
|
|
* Residents who would like the resulting mulch (free of
charge) may call to make
arrangements
for pickup.
|
|
* The Village
of Maryville will
also be participating in the Madison County Christmas
Tree Recycling
Program. Please contact the Village in late December for more
details.
