6:32:26 PM Gulledge Called the Special Board Meeting of Wednesday, July 25, 2007 to order. Explained the meeting is to approve Ordinance 2007-35, the Appropriations Ordinance for fiscal year 2007/2008. He invited those in attendance to join in the Pledge of Allegiance. After the Pledge, he asked for a roll of those officers present. Answering the roll call were Trustees Limberg, Schmidt, Bell, Callahan, Kostyshock and Garcia. Also in attendance were Deputy Clerk Fenton, Public Works Director Presson and three (3) reporters.
6:33:38 PM Gulledge In the absence of the Village Attorney, presented Ordinance 2007-35, an ordinance making appropriations for corporate purposes for the Village of Maryville for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2007 and ending April 30, 2008. He read the ordinance in its entirety. Motion to approve was made by Schmidt and seconded by Bell. Voting on the motion: Limberg - yes; Schmidt - yes; Bell - yes; Callahan - yes; Kostyshock - yes; Garcia - yes. Motion carried.
6:37:29 PM Gulledge Presented the estimated revenues for fiscal year 2007/2008. Read the bottom line figures for each category. Asked for any questions or comments regarding estimated revenues. There were none. Motion to approve was made by Schmidt and seconded by Kostyshock. Voting on the motion: Limberg - yes; Schmidt - yes; Bell - yes; Callahan - yes; Kostyshock - yes; Garcia - yes. Motion carried.
6:39:11 PM Gulledge With no further business to come before the meeting, asked for a motion to adjourn. Motion was made by Schmidt and seconded by Bell. Voting on the motion: Limberg - yes; Schmidt - yes; Bell - yes; Callahan - yes; Kostyshock - yes; Garcia - yes. The motion carried.
