6:30:34 PM Gulledge Called the meeting to order, and lead those present in the Pledge of Allegiance. He asked for a roll call of members present.
6:30:53 PM Long Answering the roll were: Trustees Limberg, Edwards, Bell, Kostyshock, and Garcia. Callahan was absent.
6:32:05 PM Gulledge Explained that the purpose of this special meeting was to possibly hire a full time telecommunicator and a resolution to approve IDOT plans for Route 159 between Route 162 and the northern boundary of Maryville.
6:32:25 PM Garcia Made a motion to hire Lorrie Jones as a full time telecommunicator at $12.00 per hour, and after six months satisfactory probation, she will receive an additional fifty (50) cents per hour, and after one year satisfactory probation, her pay will be $14.00 per hour. She will receive full benefits. Also, she has successfully completed her physical, and her hire date will be 11/13/02. A second to the motion was made by Edwards.
6:33:08 PM Long Voting on the motion: Limberg - yes; Edwards - yes; Bell - yes; Kostyshock - yes; Garcia - yes. Motion carried.
6:33:46 PM Gulledge Read RESOLUTION 2002-10, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF FAP ROUTE 600, STATE SECTION 127-2R-3, VILLAGE SECTION, 02-00012-01SW, IN THE VILLAGE OF MARYVILLE, MADISON COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
6:34:46 PM Wigginton arrived
6:35:06 PM Limberg Made a motion to approve Resolution 2002-10, and the second was made by Edwards. Mayor Gulledge explained that this Resolution was overlooked in the packet from IDOT for approval at the last Board Meeting.
6:35:19 PM Long Voting on the motion: Limberg - yes; Edwards - yes; Bell - yes; Kostyshock - yes; Garcia - yes. Motion carried.
6:35:49 PM Gulledge There being no further business to come before the Board, Mayor called for a motion to adjourn. Motion by Edwards, second by Kostyshock to adjourn the meeting.
6:35:57 PM Long Voting on the motion: Limberg - yes; Edwards - yes; Bell - yes; Kostyshock - yes; Garcia - yes. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
