7:00:08 PM Gulledge Called the Board meeting of Wednesday, November 17, 2010 to order and invited those in attendance to join in the Pledge of Allegiance. After the Pledge, asked for a roll of those officers present. Answering the roll call were Trustees Vallino, Schmidt, Bell, Kostyshock and Short; Garcia arrived late. Also in attendance were Clerk Fenton, Attorney Motil, Public Works Director Presson, Building and Zoning Administrator/Fire Chief Flaugher, Police Chief Schardan, Comptroller Brussatti, and two reporters.
7:00:53 PM Gulledge Called for approval of the November 3rd meeting minutes. Asked if there were any questions, additions or subtractions to the minutes as prepared by the Clerk. There were none. Motion to approve was made by Schmidt and seconded by Bell. Voting on the motion: Vallino- yes; Schmidt - yes; Bell - yes; Kostyshock - yes; Short - yes. Motion carried.
7:01:27 PM Gulledge Called for approval of the bills submitted for payment. Asked if there were any questions, additions or subtractions to the bills. There were none. Motion to approve was made by Kostyshock and seconded by Schmidt. Voting on the motion: Vallino - yes; Schmidt - yes; Bell - yes; Kostyshock - yes; Short - yes. Motion carried.
7:02:03 PM Gulledge Went to Communications. Explained the Yard of the Month recipient, Father Radosevich, was unable to attend. There were no other Communications.
7:02:26 PM Gulledge Went to Legal Matters and asked Attorney to discuss.
7:02:30 PM Motil Presented the Drunk and Drugged Driving Prevention Month Proclamation. He read the Proclamation in its entirety. Motion to approve was made by Kostyshock and seconded by Short. Voting on the motion: Vallino - yes; Schmidt - yes; Bell - yes; Kostyshock - yes; Short - yes. Motion carried.
7:04:42 PM Motil Presented Ordinance 2010-26, 2010 Tax Levy. 7:14:49 PM Motil Presented Ordinance 2010-29 abating tax to pay principle and interest on Series 2009C General Obligation Bonds. He read the ordinance in its entirety. 7:19:59 PM Bell Made a motion to approve Pay App #2 to Keller Construction for Myron Provence Drive Drost Park Entrance in the amount of $29,408.40. Second was made by Vallino. 7:20:52 PM Bell Made a motion to approve Pay App #8 to Keller Construction for Drost Park Improvements in the amount of $108,481.05. Second was made by Schmidt. Voting on the motion: Vallino - yes; Schmidt - yes; Bell - yes; Kostyshock - yes; Garcia - yes; Short - yes. Motion carried.

7:23:45 PM Kostyshock Made a motion to approve Change Order # 2 to Natgun Corp for Water System Improvements extending the contract by 61 days to allow for painting of tank. Second was made by Short. 7:26:56 PM Bell Commented an internal web development meeting was held that day to go over the navigation and web standards worksheets, and they will continue to move forward with the project.

7:30:14 PM Gulledge Went to Mayor's Comments. Asked for a motion to appoint Janet Cange, 6742 East Main, Maryville to the Park Committee to finish the un-expired term of Mike Vallino. Motion was made by Bell and seconded by Kostyshock . Voting on the motion: Vallino - yes; Schmidt - yes; Bell - yes; Kostyshock - yes; Garcia - yes; Short - yes. Motion carried.
7:31:08 PM Gulledge Asked for a motion to appoint Randy Donaldson, Copper Creek subdivision, Maryville to the Community Improvement Board. Motion was made by Schmidt and seconded by Short. Voting on the motion: Vallino - yes; Schmidt - yes; Bell - yes; Kostyshock - yes; Garcia - yes; Short - yes. Motion carried.
7:31:56 PM Gulledge Commented he is still looking for 2 members each for the MCIB and Park boards. Gave Allied Waste totals for September. Invited the Board to attend a photo opportunity at the new funeral home site in Maryville tomorrow at 3:00 p.m.
